Captain’s Log:Guys, guys… seriously… guys…

I’ve been wanting to order a mantis for a while in the nymph stage, and raise it. My last mantis died in the winter, but she was wild caught. I named her Moriarty, and wanted to stick with naming my pet mantis after villains. 

So, looking up species of Mantids, I ran into this beauty, called the Texas Unicorn Mantis.

Look at the horns…

Remind you of a villain?

That’s right… Loki… EHEHEHEHEHE!

So, as soon as the mantis reaches a suitable nymph stage where I can raise it, I’m going to order it offline and take care of it and it and it will be my own little Loki mantis. 

I’M SO EXCITED!
